This Privacy Policy explains how JG Customs LLC ("JG Customs", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and app at jgcustoms.app.

When you contact us or request service, we collect the details you provide: name, phone, email, vehicle information, location, and a description of the problem. For completed work we keep invoice and receipt records. If you sign in with Google, we receive only basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) to identify your account — we never receive your Google password.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide and document automotive services, communicate with you, process payments, and meet tax and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV or PIN. Payment processors handle your card data under their own security standards.

Your receipts and retention

In the client area, your receipts are available to you for 3 months, after which they are removed from your view — download any you wish to keep. JG Customs retains its own business and tax records longer as required by law.

Data security

Your data is stored securely and protected by row-level security so that each customer can only see their own information. Access to business records is restricted to the owner of JG Customs.

Your choices
